Lean Six Sigma Templates

We invite members to download and contribute to these recognized templates in the Lean Six Sigma space. Each template allows members to grow the knowledge management base with often free Lean Six Sigma resources and methods. While we focused more heavily on generic templates, we will be adding more specialized ones soon.
